Sitto’s Spaghetti

Ingredients

2 medium onion diced

4 large garlic cloves minced

2 tsp dried basil

Salt to taste

2 cans tomato sauce (8oz)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 LB of spaghetti noodles

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles.

  2. As the noddles are boiling, sauté the onions until golden and soft.

  3. Mince the garlic and mix with basil and salt.

  4. Add garlic, basil, salt mixture to onion and sauté for a minute or so.

  5. Add the tomato sauce and cinnamon and bring the sauce to a simmer.

  6. Add the cooked noodles.

  7. Enjoy!
